Terms and Conditions for £10 off Uber

​

  1. Offer Availability: £10 off when you spend £20 or more on menu items (excluding the delivery fee), available until 11.55 pm on 13 Apr 2025.

  2. Conditions: Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Offer subject to restaurant terms and availability. To be eligible for the promotion, apply code KOHTHAI10 in the Uber Eats app at the checkout before completing the order.

  3. Uber Only: Valid on (1) order(s) made via the Uber Eats app in the UK from Koh Thai (Southsea), Koh Thai (Port Solent), Koh Thai (Bournemouth), Koh Thai (Lilliput) (check the Uber Eats app for the availability of deliveries and restaurants). Offer applies to orders for delivery only and excludes orders for dine-in or pick-up.

  4. Price and Discounts: Delivery fee applies. Service fee (calculated on the pre-promotion total) will apply to the order. Other fees (such as a small order fee) may apply to the order. Offer is not valid on any basket that includes alcohol or tobacco products.

  5. Code useage: Code can be applied for a maximum of 1500 users on a first come, first serve basis. Read more: t.uber.com/EATST&C

  6. Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

  7. No Cash Alternative: The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  2. Participating Items: The offer applies when eating in, £10 off when you spend £50 or more in one transaction

  3. Dine-in Only: This offer is valid for dine-in customers only. It does not apply to takeaways or delivery orders unless explicitly mentioned.

  4. Price and Discounts: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  5. One per Person: Each voucher can only be used once. Only one voucher can be used per table 

  6. Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

  7. No Cash Alternative: The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Terms and Conditions for Have a drink on Us!

  1. Offer Availability: Valid all day every day

  2. Participating Items: The offer applies to any drinks up to the value of £10

  3. Dine-in Only: This offer is valid for dine-in customers only. It does not apply to takeaways or delivery orders unless explicitly mentioned.

  4. Price and Discounts: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  5. One Deal per Person: Each customer is entitled to one drink when ordering any dish from the menu. Additional drinks will be charged at the regular price.

  6. Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the meal deal offer at any time without prior notice.

  7. No Cash Alternative: The meal deal offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Terms and Conditions for Blue Monday 20% off

  1. Offer Availability: Valid all day every day

  2. Participating Items: Only valid when a main meal or two starters are ordered per person. Valid on table up to six guests.

  3. Dine-in Only: This offer is valid for dine-in customers only. It does not apply to takeaways or delivery orders unless explicitly mentioned.

  4. Price and Discounts: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

  5. Modifications: The restaurant reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

  6. No Cash Alternative: The meal deal offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Restaurant standard Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. General Information

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of gift vouchers ("Voucher") issued by Koh Thai Limited

    By purchasing, accepting, or using a Voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Voucher Usage:
    Vouchers are redeemable at Koh Thai locations only. 
    Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
    Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.

  3. Expiration Date::
    Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. (i.e. birthday treat for yourself and Black Friday)
    Black Friday vouchers will not become valid until 2nd December 2024
    Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be void.

  4. Balance Inquiries:
    The balance on the Voucher can be checked by contacting Koh Thai's customer service, online or at the point of sale.
    No change will be provided if the Voucher value exceeds the total bill, but any remaining balance can be used for future visits, subject to the expiration date.

  5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
    Koh Thai Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers. Vouchers will not be reissued under these circumstances.

  6. Promotions and Offers:
    Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  7. Restrictions:
    Vouchers are valid only at participating locations and are not redeemable for delivery, takeaway, or online orders unless explicitly state

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    Koh Thai Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel the Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
    Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Voucher after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
